We are looking for hgihly experienced Assistant Manager - Accounting & Finance  to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, hands-on experience with IFRS & IAS standards, and advanced Excel skills to support financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, developing forecasts and financial models, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports in compliance with applicable IFRS & IAS standards.
  • Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance reporting to support management decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts to assess business performance and future financial outcomes.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data.

Must Have

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent knowledge in using Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong Knowledge in applying IFRS standards.
  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting or any other related field.
  •  A professional certification such as ACCA, CPA CMA or CFA.

Nice to have

  • Advanced forecasting and financial modelling skills.
  • Experience in using ERP and accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo.
  • Knowledge of data analysis or visualization tools like PowerBi.
