We are looking for hgihly experienced Assistant Manager - Accounting & Finance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, hands-on experience with IFRS & IAS standards, and advanced Excel skills to support financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, developing forecasts and financial models, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports in compliance with applicable IFRS & IAS standards.
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and performance reporting to support management decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models, budgets, and forecasts to assess business performance and future financial outcomes.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data.
Must Have
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent knowledge in using Microsoft Excel.
- Strong Knowledge in applying IFRS standards.
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or any other related field.
- A professional certification such as ACCA, CPA CMA or CFA.
Nice to have
- Advanced forecasting and financial modelling skills.
- Experience in using ERP and accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo.
- Knowledge of data analysis or visualization tools like PowerBi.
