Hiring Process:

  3. Technical Assessment/ First Interview:

  4. Final Interview:
    • Top candidates meet with senior management for a final interview to discuss their vision for digital transformation and how they can contribute to Iconic Advisory.
  5. Offer:
    • The selected candidate receives a job offer, including details on compensation and benefits.
  6. Onboarding:
    • The new hire undergoes an onboarding process to get acquainted with the company, team, and projects.
